Special Auction notification: During June 2024, the city of Rock Valley, IA experienced a flooding event. The items being sold for Quality Machine Products, Inc. and Rocket Manufacturing were involved in floodwaters. The flood waters were approximated to be 30 inches deep inside the buildings. The approximate amount of time was 30 minutes. The flooded conditions were five to six hours.
Quality Machine Products, Inc. Have cleaned as much of the flood residue as possible. There was approximately 30 inches of water inside the building. It’s important for any. Bidders and the ultimate buyers to understand the machines will need to have maintenance and or repair Before they can be operating. The machines wore. Under power and operating before the flood. The machines which are being offered at this auction cannot be demonstrated. Quality Machine Products, Inc.
Most of the core parts we manufactured were precision components parts for various sized hydraulic cylinders with very tight tolerances ranging from +/-.001 to sometime as tight as +/-.0005. This required quality machines and consistent maintenance. We used a special water-based coolant in all our machines and had a special cleaner called Wamex run through them monthly. Once a week during production the coolant was run through a reclaimer cleaning machine to remove any contaminates. All machines had all coolants drained and thoroughly cleaned for sure once a year. You are purchasing machines that have been maintained and cared for well.
Quality Machine Products, Inc was not ISO certified but we implemented many ISO policies being our operations manager was a trained ISO lead auditor in prior employment.

Need to be removed from the high school according to the loadout terms and conditions.
